The live agent kiosk was a nice touch and there was a lady working there cleaning the storage units that was really really very helpful and even stayed after she was off of work to make sure that everything was taken care of that I needed so overall a very nice experience

Found 5' x 10' climate controlled storage. Easy sign up at office and online registration. Representative was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Computer kept freezing up so sign up took longer than normal. Not her fault. Perfect size for extra stuff with no room at home. No light in space so purchased an led light to stick on wall and a hand held lantern to light up space.

The lady was very nice to me and my family.

Staff was very helpful and determined exactly what I needed for my furniture and other belongings.

I have used Public Storage before for my needs and that is why I came to them again. I feel they truly care about your things as much as you do.
