Clean, quiet and easy excess to my storage room

Very friendly and clean facility

I had to buy one of their locks. I had to buy insurance which would be okay if I had anything in their that I would really care about. Everything in there is going to my church after the lockdown has been release. The pricing isn't bad.

The on-site manager was extremely helpful and professional. She carefully and clearly explained the rental process and what we needed to do to be in compliance with facility rules. The unit itself and access was what we expected and we're confident of the security measures.

I really like the lady who helped us extremely funny and sweet and fast. She regularly works at Rockville rd so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m super sad she wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be working at that facility full time. My only complain is the district manager changed my reservation without telling me I think she was trying to screw me out of money so just watch out for her.

I loved the experience and the desk lady was very pleasant and nice. I did not realize the cost is not as expected. It is still a good price, but I was not aware I would have to buy insurance on my unit. The price was advertised as $1 for the first month. A little bit deceiving

First off I will say Kyla was by far the best part of my experience here. I only rented with the company for one month and had some issues with being over charged then refunded then notified by a collections company that I owed the refunded money... It was a mess to say the least. But I Would have lost my mind and temper if it weren't for the help I received from this wonderful lady!!

Kyla has been by far the most friendly and helpful member ive dealt with at this location. She's always remembered my name, made making payments easy, and always has a smile on her face. Definitely makes coming here to pay a bill a good experience.

Adrian was extremely helpful in the process of renting a storage unit. He showed us the actual unit we would be renting, explained the keypad for entering the gate code and went through each step of the contract. Answered all our questions both in person as well as on the phone. Would definitely rent from this location & Adrian in the future.

Great online deals, right sizes, and ease of business. I would recommend that all lighting be on at night until closing or at least on at all times from dusk to dawn for security reasons.

I know what they were doing, but they tried to sell us boxes, tape, etc, etc. Thanks, but we already had stuff boxed up. :) We did, however, purchase the chemicals to keep the damp away, as well as mattress covers and couch covers. We used each for their named purpose, but one mattress cover, we used as a ground cover for our boxes, in case any moisture came up from the concrete. Great suggestion by Antje! While we were there, a gentleman came to the front office, asking to be let out. He didn't have a gate code and had gotten in behind our moving truck. Antje was unwilling to let him out until he proved he knew the owner of the storage unit he had visited, along with having the key. He was thoroughly ticked off, and we were thoroughly impressed. That kind of security is necessary for your entire life's belongings, which we have locked in there right now. Antje also STRONGLY suggested that we purchase one of their much sturdier locks, which I'm glad we did. Their focus on security made me trust them 100% for my life's belongings. Now to find a house in which to stash all this stuff...

I have use you for just a couple weeks. I do have one issue, I'm disable and get my check on the third. I understand policy but I will struggling to make payments. HELP

I actually stopped at the Rockville Road location. The manager indicated that he did not have an available storage area in the size I needed. He recommended I visit the West Washington Street location. I was busy that afternoon, so I visited the Washington Street facility the following day. The manager had already talked with the Rockville Road manager, and knew exactly what I was looking for. She showed me the area, I signed the paperwork, and started lading the next day. Everything went very well, and I would rent from Public Storage for all my storage needs. rb

The price online was very misleading. You don't pay $1 for the first month. Street adding on fees the office increases by too much. You shouldn't be required to buy Public Storages lock which is $17. Your coughs definitely find one chapter it use one you currently own! Alsothe storage units look kind of suspect. There are insect and rat traps there which make you feel that they may crawl into your items. I also saw a bug in my unit. I only needed the unit for a few weeks so I could deal with the issues. I will never use Public Storage again.
