Unit was easy to reserve and I was promptly contacted by a representative to see if they could assist me in any way. Love the app so you don’t have to remember a code.

The support staffers are knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. I am storing a camping trailer and they have all back-up spots with plenty of room, which is great.

I had a wonderful experience at public storage a lot of space to move things around if needs to be I have no complaints I would refer friends and family to them

It's a good place to store your property

I have been using public storage for many years have never had any problems

I was rented a parking spot for my camper but there is someone else's stuff in it...had to take another spot.

As long as I'm in Indy, Public Storage will be the only place I choose for storage. Their convenient, reliable, safe and always have a great deal.

Friendly and clean

I've rented here for years and I'll say the quality of the people has been "good" since we started but the newer hires seem a little more friendly and personable. Not as ... pushy ;-) I like the location and the site is well lit and kept clean. We recently double our unit size and now just grabbed a second 10x10 because the price was fair and we needed space to coordinate a move.

Really happy with the place and I really like the climate controlled unit I was able to get. Plan on being there quite a while
