Everything was great initially with the online purchase, accurate information being sent over in a timely manner, and same-day move-in. There was an issue I noticed right away. This location has a serious wasp infestation. When I opened the door to my unit, I was swarmed. It took me a lot longer than it should have to get my stuff moved in because of how aggressive they are in the excessive heat. Hopefully the facility maintenance takes care of this. I am allergic to bee stings and not everyone has an EpiPen available. It could be a devastating situation if the nests aren't taken care of.

I called first to get some general information. The attendant I spoke with was patient and kind and directed me to the right place. I went to the facility on E. Washington St. there I met attendant Mary. She was extra helpful. She was patient, professional, courteous, and very nice. I'm glad I went there all of my storage needs were met.

The Sales Associate Elenor explained all the different types of storage units and helped me pick a unit that would work best for me. Elenor was very pleasant and polite and was able to answer all of my questions. Thank you!

I went online I found the closest public storage to me there were actually three and I checked the rates on all three and they were different rates so I took the one with the lowest rate because I will be renting for a while made my reservation Yolanda called me from the public storage I picked I went in she took all my information got me all set up actually found me a better deal that was going on took me and showed me to my storage unit gave me the card with my access number on it and my storage unit number on it the hours of being able to go in she made this a very easy and quick experience and my storage unit is just perfect for what I have

The manager was very helpful, with the information about getting set for the storage. Although it took longer than I thought it would, but it worked out fine.

When I arrived to purchase my storage unit I was told that I had to purchase a lock at a cost of $23.00. I was highly surprised and disappointed in that I was told that I could not use my own lock or even go and purchase the same lock. This particular storage unit needs to show ALL up front cost on their website.
