The lady that waited on us was rude. We was supposed to got the 1st month half rental, we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get it. We were charge the full amount and that not what the man told us on the phone

Great facility it just closes to early at 6

Easy access to expressway and downtown

Only thing is, the lady that calls idk if she's the manager it not but she comes off as a little aggressive and they repeatedly call me like they don't have their information updated in their computer system. Just a little annoying. But I love the rented unit.

Great service by Hershey! She was professional proud I her job and did go the extra mile! Love companies who drive and reward their employees for doing so!

From check in to storing of items the process was very easy. The unit was clean and the actual building is centrally located. Highly recommended!

Hershey was great. She didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mine showing more than one unit, despite her boot. And showed short cuts and easy routes through units to avoid some of the outside air.

I'm irritated that I've been asked a third time in two days to review a one hour experience. Isn't my experience after signing up for a storage unit much more valuable than how it was filling out a form? I was pressured into writing a Google places review before I even paid for my unit, then I was emailed the next day about another review, and yet again today I am being asked to review my experience by a third-party marketing company. This level of desperation for favorable reviews in the first week is now making me wonder if I should regret picking Public Storage.

Best storage facility I've ever used. Facilities were always impeccably clean and secure and the staff, especially Hershey, was always very helpful. Used their facility for over 3 years and any minor issues I had were quickly taken care of by the team. I highly recommend this facility.

I'm a college student and I live out of state. I wanted to rent a storage unit to keep my items in over the summer so moving in and out of my dorms would be easier. My family and I had never used Public Storage before or any storage facility. I'm so glad we picked this Public Storage. The location was incredibly convenient and Hershey (the manager) was so helpful and attentive. I'll definitely be using this location again next summer!

My business has had a unit at this facility for 5 years. I recently came in to transfer to a smaller unit and Hershey and Angel were awesome to work with. They were friendly, helpful, and directed me to the best deal for me. This is the only storage in Indy that I would use.
