Great manager and great staff?

Easy to aquire, but the mandatory insurance and lock they make you buy were a little surprising. I chose this company because it was the cheapeat option, but did not appreciate that those costs were not listed when I signed up on line.

Liz provided awesome excellent service!!! We had a discrepancy between the price we confirmed on an online reservation and the price we were offered when we arrived and she resolved it quickly! While we were being shown our storage facility some regular customers came in, and it's apparent Liz has a great relationship with all of her customers! She will definitely bring a smile to your face and brighten you day. Packing and moving is stressful, but Liz made this part of the experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend using this storage facility, and it's very convenient to access from I69!

Public Storage has been very convenient for our 2-part move to our new home which is under construction. We especially appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of Jason, your manager at your Corporation Dr. location. We would definitely recommend your facility to anyone planning a future move.

My brother & my schedules don't often allow us to be off on the same day, so when we had a chance to get together & finish emptying Mom's house, we had to find a storage unit that same day. We found a Public Storage facility close to the house, signed the paperwork & were moving stuff in within the hour. The guy at the desk was personable & efficient. We liked that locks are available to purchase on site (other items like boxes etc were available, but we didn't need them).
