I have not been with Public Storage very long at this point, but with the time that I have been with Public Storage it has been a great ordeal the storage unit has been well maintained well guarded, which is very much appreciate. all the surrounding areas in between the buildings and stuff is always clean no clutter that's very much appreciate ,and I hope to keep doing business with Public Storage . Thank you.

I like that everything is clean and not cluttered. The person that signed me up was very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. Only this is that I would like is to have earlier access to my storage unit. 8:00 or 8:30 would be great. Even 9:00 would help.

Everything was great all around! Customer service is excellent as is the price. The only issue I have is that there seems to be some issues with the website. Having no luck with setting up an account. Other than that, zero complaints and please keep up the great work!

This is a very well run business. Pleasant welcome, complete storage info on first visit. Easy sign up and very fair pricing. Everything conveniently documented by computerized receipts (via email). Storage facility itself is neat, very clean, quite secure with anytime access. I would recommend Public Storage for all your storage needs. You will not be disappointed. I am happy to recommend Public Storage and to provide an opportunity to say just how delighted I am with them and their service.

The Public Storage facility I am using works just fine for me. It is very clean, well laid out, good lighting and good security. It does not offer 24/7 access but the staff will accommodate you if you need to access your unit during "closed" hours. I am most pleased about their rates. They are very inexpensive, not seeming to take advantage of some one simply needing extra storage space. The staff is very friendly offering moving and packing supplies and helpful advice. It's an easy 5 star choice for me. Thank You.

Nathan will make you feel comfortable and quickly assess your needs. He is very respectful no matter where you are in the moving process. I just happen to see the unbelieveable promo. Process was quick and easy. The unit was half the price i was paying for twice the size plus climate controlled. Great location. Safe secure Clarksville in
