Very easy to get a unit, and the unit coming with a lock already is great

Tough to give a good rating. I was currently renting an outdoor covered space for my boat and received a rent increase notice raising the cost to $120/month. I was then able to rent another outdoor covered space of the same size under a new lease for $43/month. How can a good company rent two identical spaces for such a price differential.
