About Ameri-Stor Self Storage-McCordsville
Located in McCordsville near Fishers, Mount Comfort, Geist, Fortville, Noblesville and Lawrence. Ameri-Stor Self Storage is a new self storage and office facility that opened in November 2008 on Mt. Comfort (Olio) Road in McCordsville, Indiana, just north of Pendleton Pike. The facility has climate control and non-climate self storage units (5x5 to 12x35), offices and outside parking for RVs, boats, cars, trailers and other items. There are large and small office suites which can be leased ranging in size from 100 to 1200 square feet. The office buildings are built with an attractive brick exterior providing our clients with an upscale, professional presentation. These office suites are a perfect location for a dentist, broker, insurance agent, attorney, contractor or other independent business. The property has excellent security being fenced and gated with keypads for easy entry. There are video cameras throughout the facility.
