I rented a spot for an rv. Every time I went someone else was in the spot or it was closed off by others on each side. I finally gave up and ended my contract. I thought. Next month I was auto billed to my credit card. When I tried to get a refund the corporate office blamed the local manager and the local manger blamed corporate. No help whatsoever. After being promised an immediate refund, which I never received, I am now being told it will take 6-8 weeks. What a joke.

I would definitely recommend this facility! Staff is very helpful and friendly. I really liked that she had candy for the kids that came in! Made my son happy and that makes me happy! Also like that there is an after hours number you can call if you need to. Overall great place!

Received a call when I didn't finish the paperwork.online. because I had stopped by my office. This prompted me to finish. I completed and met the agent who showed me the unit. Showed me where the cart were, where the best place to park...and restrooms. Also if the lights were dim, that they are on motion that I would just need to move and they would light up. Very nice and informative. I left knowing exactly where.my unit was how.much space I had, used the code and it worked. 5 stars.
