I rented my unit online and the process was really simple. I downloaded the app for easy access. No problems! The process was stress free. The facility is extremely clean. I received a promotion rate that was very fair. I would recommend this Public Storage.

My first impression is that this storage facility is well run. Kevin has been helpful every step of the way! Even offered to let me borrow his Jeep to take something out that might be too large for my car! Who does that? Just a great guy and always smiling. Prompt service. The price is only a slight issue as I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rented a storage unit in years. Seems pricey, but that may not be a fair assessment.

Originally rented a unit for $31/month. 6 months later they raised the rent to $41/month. Now, not quite a year later they RAISED IT AGAIN TO $144/month - 3 1/2 TIMES WHAT Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢M CURRENTLY PAYING. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH MOVE. NOT A PLACE WHERE Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢D RECOMMEND.

I reserved a move in date on a Sunday for the Same Sunday. I had an immediate phone call from Reba explaining to me how to do the online reservation and pay within 20 minutes everything was ready. Highly recommended!

The staff is very helpful. The storage areas are clean, and secure. Good value for the cost. We would highly recommend Public Storage. We have downsized and happily live in a much smaller place, but need extra space for seasonal items and things we want to pass down to our grandchildren. Public Storage is perfect for us, and is nearby our new home.

Overall the service provided is good for the money. Would have Rated five stars except for the fact you were obliged to pay $20 for a lock that cannot be used anywhere else I have loads of locks , combination , burglarproof etc, but the fact that when I leave the storage the lock is just $20 down the drain was not too pleasing, I would have thought That a trading system could be instigated where are you could pass your lock on to somebody else as long of course as you gave them all the keys back

Very easy process to book and complete transaction online and move in with lock in space. Highly recommend. Just found out a few days after booking online the price went down more than $20. Not happy about that.
