Miss jessa was the one that helped me with my rental. You could not ask for a sweeter person she went over everything and helped you understand anything that you did not know I would recommend her and the team anytime.

I have TWO storage places I could walk to from my house. But the price point couldn't be matched. I was only needing a 5x5 for Christmas and other holiday decorations and wasn't going to pay $60 a month for it. At $11 a month, I snatched this deal immediately. Plus Sellersburg is really nice and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great first experience with a rental, very courteous employees. The actual parking space is less than desirable due to the mud from a wet season.

The only issue I had with you all is the reservation for the climate controlled unit. The representative said it was available over the phone and when I got there it wasn't I had to get a smaller unit that wasn't controlled climate

I like the storage area n how secure it WAS. As of my last visit on sunday a security gate was broken and standing wide open. Office was aware of it, but said it would be abit to get fixed. PLEASE fix for security reasons

Very clean and secured. The lady in office was very nice. Just needed better clarification to customers about what to dot, because I had left the property and didn't know I was to join her and put the lock on the door. Oops!

We are renting a climate control unit for $44 per month (online discount), and so far so good. We will be moving our stuff in this coming weekend, and look forward to having a nice, clean and secure storage unit to do this. The manager is very sweet and courteous. The only thing that may need to change is don't give the customer the lock until the customer can actually leave. The manager should retain until visiting the unit to make sure the lock works. I thought we were finished and got down the road, and manager called wondering why I didn't follow (my bad....I had asked if we were finished). If she had retained the purchased lock (which I didn't know I had to buy one until I had visited the place...this should be disclosed on website or the phone call), I wouldn't had to rush back to see if the lock worked. Other than that, she was attentive and courteous.
