This location has the access hours I need,okay location kinda busy area I had to clean the floor of my unit out was dirty. I didn't like that I was required to purchase insurance that should be a choice on the customer,felt like just a way to get more money out of your customers no one else I've gone thru has required it! The guy that took care of me was extra Nice and Sarcastic in a nice round about way!

This isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t my first time using this faculties I came back because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the best around 24 hour when people moving they need to be able to access there unit 24 hours itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 29 minutes from my house I pass several storage unit just to get to this one.

This is a wonderful place to go, super attentive and helpful with our needs. Easily accessible and always willing to help with making changes to your unit/ price and billing. Was concerned about the price (a little higher priced) compared to others but it WELL WORTH IT. I'll use them anytime I need a storage now, for anything. Including vehicles.

I was told that I had 24/7 access to the locker, but that's not true. I'd gotten locked in the storage locker area while moving things in...someone had programmed the entrance pin pad n exit pin pads backwards, n after midnight, you can't leave. I had to spend the night in my truck, n luckily I had a blanket n pillow in my locker. It had gotten cold n started to rain. That sucked since I'm permanently disabled.
