I believe I received a good value on the unit rented. The overall experience was great from the time it took to rent over the phone. To the time to deposit my belongings into storage. There was one minor problem with my experience that was quickly fixed. The code to unlock the gate I was originally given did not work. But one quick phone call and that issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Such a very nice facility. We really appreciate the security system having the peace of mind knowing that our stuff is protected and kept in climate controlled environment. Access is easy and the price is very affordable and fair. Charity, the manager is always available for us whenever we need her with just a phone call! We couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be happier! We would highly recommend.

We have been renters from Valparaiso self storage for quite some years now. The manager Charity is always available with her direct cell phone number whenever anything is needed. Sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s right there to help us. The facility is very clean and very well equipped with security system. I have no disappointments, but then whatsoever, and would highly recommend them to anybody.

easy access 24/7 a few pothole but to be expected

It seems to be very easy at this point. They need a bit more specificity with there units and on there website but other than that I do appreciate there units.

Overall it was good. Could have been cleaner and less pricey, but overall canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t complain.

The only complaint was that they rented me a unit with 15 foot ceilings that was supposed to have a light in it. Well there was a light but the darn bulbs were burnt out. Not easy to travel with a ladder of this size just to change a light bulb

So far very impressed with ease of booking and convenience of access. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

It was quick and is located in a very convenient location for our needs.

I had several issues....my date code wouldn't work....they had to give me another one...couldn't find my spot...had to call...door didn't want to open... needs a handle at bottom like the other doors at the storage company. The workers in Utah need to know what the layout looks like at the storage company since they are so far away. I had to contact Charity and Carrie....sorry but it was not a pleasant experience with all that went wrong...

you can't beat the convenience with Central Valparaiso storage the units are very clean and safe and convenience of making payments online the prices are amazing !! I don't have to shop around anymore I am sticking with Central Valparaiso storage!!

The storage units are easy to get to...only 15 minutes from home. The unit was not very clean and has a gaping hole on the left upper ceiling area as you enter the unit...it would have been nice to know that I had to get my own lock. Also they need to repave the roadway..sort of bumpy

Great location and just what I was looking for!

Seems like it will be good for the needs I have. I'm a little bit concerned about water leaking in, but I won't know until I go back to get my stuff.

Overall impressed. For the price of the unit the cleanliness was what I expected. Customer service was good. Owner was very attentive when there was a mishap with my entrance code.

All emails were answered promptly and when I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get an appt set at the physical facility they set me up over the phone when I asked. Super convenient!

I picked this storage facility because they had a special move in rate. Initially, for weeks, the gate didn't work and didn't close. We received an email & were issued our own personalized code to get in and out of the gate. One night it did not open so I placed a call the following day to the person whose number I was given by "Sparefoot" After hearing the voicemail was full, I called the storage facility and spoke with an employee who told me "how" to use the code. I explained to her that I had been using the code correctly & had done it many times. I also told her that our storage door did not close all the way down on one side and came out of track. She told me she would put in a work order and receive a call back. That was about a month and a half ago & still have received a call back.

Well maintained and friendly, open 24 hrs, easy access but keeps out intruders.

Good location and got the right size later in the evening on line. Was glad I registered, made it much easier.
