Everything is just awesome I was able to get all my stuff moved into the unit

The place looked clean to me and in order gate access was great. Staff was very helpful and prompt

paid and setup online which went smooth. I did have to return in person the $20 lock that they slap on your first bill with no way to opt out of it. A little inconvenient and a bit of a challenge to catch someone in the office during biz hours to get my lock refund. I already had an approved lock as my stuff came from a different public storage location. The gentleman who did the refund was super friendly and professional.

Easy to get a space online and affordable

This is first time looking for car storage. I asked a lot of questions and they gave me details.

The parking lot is a wreck. Tons of large holes that are difficult to navigate around. My particular unit had a side wall that was bowed in causing a good 12" of intrusion taking up storage space. They assured me it had been that way for a while it just is a loss of some space. The staff is friendly

i came back to public storage after about 10 years of not using storage units. i had a great experience in the past at lenexa locations, so i said hey might as well go back. This time, i went to this public storage at 44th in kck, it is semi near my house (5 miles away) . day 1, emily greated me warmly with very on point statements and she had an answer to every question i had. i told her about my ebay store and how i am trying to minimize cost and that might have to be in the storage facilities, (i told her i prefered public storage ) and she went into her computer and looked up more rates at public storages around my house! she was SUPER knowledgable and it feels good to have great customer service now a days. we both concluded the best deal was here at 44th and i signed right up and she helped me every step of the way. day 2) i came in with a truck load of cosignment and i was having doubts of driving west when there is one 4to 5 miles away across state line. Rachel is who helped me with my questions also.she had an answer for all of them as well, (great feeling). she checked with main street and theyre a little more pricey than 44th as well and she reassured me that if i was being pennywise, this is the best deal AND SHE WAS RIGHT!

The service that I received at this Public Storage was amazing. Courtney was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in this entire process. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that has storage needs.

They do not advertise prices with insurance, etc.

If you need a place to store some junk, or some treasures Public Storage is the best in town, I think. I suggest the one off Shawnee Drive. Courtney's the best. If you have an issues she'll get it fixed. If you don't know what size you need, just tell her what'cha got. She'll advise you on what size you need.
