I have not had any contact with anyone at Public Storage, so I gave five stars on customer service. The facility is very outdated. I have an internal unit and it looks like something out of a B Horror Movie. I was actually scared to go by myself. The pricing however was excellent. So, I gave three stars overall.

The move in process was very quick and easy. Once I was was finished, I went to see the unit but couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find it. The clerk that was there was extremely helpful and came out to help me.

The property manager Lena, was very informative. She did her very best to accommodate our needs and see to it that we got the storage unit that we wanted. 29 years ago I rented storage at 6600 State and I was very happy and content. It looks like things are gonna stay that way!

Seems decent enough, haven't had enough interactions or been here enough to say otherwise. The little time I was there, pleasant and friendly staff, easy access to I 70, secured and fairly well kept.

Why does your location of the "enter" key pad require the person to exit their vehicle? This is the only storage I have used that is set up this way. The area around and in front of my unit is in dyer need of cleaning. The garage door is very hard to open.Lubrication of the track and rollers would help a lot.
