Love how you can open the gate when leaving and entering on the app, pretty easy finding the storage.

The unit is exactly what I needed, and the owner/manager was extremely professional and helpful in guiding me to my unit. Easy online process to reserve my unit for same day access.

Small tear in the ceiling insulation, which I repaired with duct tape. Fluid drainage stain on the floor from adjacent storage. Otherwise, the facility is secure and easily accessible.

Clean grounds, clean unit. Construction in the area made it a bit more difficult to access. Customer service was good, a little run around. Employee called in so nobody was at the office for my 10 am appt, went back and got everything situated.

The facility is okay but I think the gate access should be later than 9 pm.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m in California and my son goes to school at KU. The manager helped my son with the size of unit, packing supplies and a lock. It was a one stop shop. It made it very easy for my son do move his dorm items into the storage facility. I will definitely use them next year as well.

The personnel was very nice and helpful and most of all cheerful appearing to really like her job. The gate code worked well and didn't cause me any grief. I didn't see any problem at all.

I would have given a five , but they make you buy their type of lock. I didn't like that. Otherwise, nice staff.

Staff is great, polite, friendly and professional. The units are clean and in good condition. The prices are a bit steep, but that's because the market is in high demand. A good place to go.

Unfortunately, she didn't have any available units but I have a clear understanding on the cost and the promotions they have. Thank you, Rebecca!

I was at Public Storage last Saturday, 4/8. Rebecca got me the exact storage unit we were needing. Rebecca's spunky and up beat charm was very pleasant to work with. If anyone is looking for a storage unit, I would highly recommend Public Storage, and if possible, to go while Rebecca is working (very helpful). Rebecca, even helped me with the boxes we still needed and the damp check. Thanks again for all the help, Rebecca. 5 starts for making a complicated process simple.

I have been renting from them now for 3 months and they have been great. Both Tina and Rebecca have been prompt in returning my calls with questions and have done everything they can to help. Lots of folks complaining about rental prices going up, but that's just supply and demand in a college town especially this time of the year.

Everyone was super nice, renting was quick and easy, and the premises seemed extremely secure. Would recommend!

The location at 23rd and Haskell in Lawrence has served me well in the past and is doing so now. The manager was courteous and very thorough in explaining the contract. I recommend this Public Storage to everyone in Lawrence. It earns 5 stars! David

My experience with public stirage has been good. Im glad to know my property is safe and the facility is well kept.

Had a great experience by the 2 girls in the office in Lawrence,Ks. My only concern or frustration as it may be, is that the storage shed I rented was not big enough so I needed a larger size. I figured that since I had already done the application fee and the $1.00 special for the month that I would not have to do another application. But that was not the case. And for that reason, I was really upset especially since I was moving and on a tight financial schedule. In the future, it would be wise if you could make sure the storage was the right size or waive the second application fee.
