Your agent was amazing! I'd been trying for days to find the right storage place and he found the perfect one within 3 minutes. That is real customer service. The manager at the storage place, Jean Marie, was super friendly and efficient.

The gentleman behind the counter was exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful in getting me the kind of locker I needed. He made sure everything was clean and ready by the time I returned with my stuff. The price could be better but I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fault him for that. He doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t set the price. Hopefully we wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need the locker for more than a few months.

Amazing service even after I was late to meet with him. Had a very rough day and he helped me in the quickest best way possible while I was on a fine crunch.

Very pleased with the staff with how quick he got us set up. The facility is well maintained and so are the units. I didn't expect my unit to be that clean. I will say I went through a funk during the gate access but that didn't bother me so much. It is what it is when it comes to technology. I'd also recommend to set up or think of setting up through their website directly than sparefoot but that's only if you care about a 1 dollar price difference. I didn't mind otherwise it would have been worth mentioning to them when I signed up .

Your manager was quite helpful and friendly. We spoke on the phone a couple of times before I went into the office to finish up the paperwork. She was excellent in all instances. The property was clean and appeared well-kept.

Sherri is very friendly and informative and we truly enjoyed talking with her and look forward to a long time using our storage unit.

I'm only using this unit between apartments, and it's the perfect size for everything I need! The woman who runs the property there is also VERY friendly, was very straightforward about the unit and contract and how she runs the business, and I absolutely would go back again!

I was shopping for storage units and when I called they were patient and courteous. We had to make several trips back and forth and they came out to make sure that we were the people that were supposed to be getting into our unit and they did not leave until we unloaded. Great service, location an price!

Would like to see more lighting. One place we looked at had lights on the actual unit.

The front desk associate was very accomodating for what I was looking for. We looked at several units before deciding. The paperwork process was a little clumsy, but that's probably because we switched units a few times. I would recommend....
