I was happy to see just how simple the process took-all online. Received a call shortly after and it was done. It made it very simple since I was out of state. Once I brought up my storage items from Texas, the facility was easy to find, easy access and the key was pre-positioned in the unit. Outstanding setup.

We just got our storage unit. I signed up online. Someone called me within 15 minutesto confirm my reservation and see if I had any questions. Matter of fact, a second person even called me after that. They were really on the ball. When I arrived at the facility, the man at the desk, Marcus was very friendly and police. He had my paperwork ready to go. As soon as we finished the paperwork, he showed the storage unit. He even swept it out for me, before we brought some of our boxes over. Marcus was very professional and helpful. I definitely would reccommend this storage facility to my friends and family. The hours and prices are better than many other storage facilities in our area.
