They were amazing to work with. I set up a reservation and then had some stuff happened and never followed through. Once things settled down I made a new one and they worked with me quickly. The storage locker we have was very clean and well maintained. It is easy to access and being smaller not a lot of traffic like a main stream storage facility. I will definitely be using them anytime I need storage.

This is a god friendly place to store alot of stuff. I didn't realize how much stuff you can get into a 5 x 10 unit. The price fits too.

Facility agent was unorganized as far as knowing what unit was clean and available. Due to this, we were unable to move in as planned, though we signed our contract and paid to June. We run on a very tight back to back schedule as my husband only has one day off per week. The time we alotted to sign cut into our alotted moving time. Hoping to move some things in this upcoming Tuesday. Otherwise, friendly staff and really loved the price compared to other similar units elsewhere.

The man who helped us was very personable. I am going through a rough time right now and having to move in with family and so stress is pretty high for me and that helped to remove that particular worry about the security of my belongings with his nice personality and the amount of security on the grounds.

Overall was a good experience. Manager had forgotten we had an appointment and I had to call and wait for him to arrive.
