New customers need to be given more complete instructions on where their unit is located and how to get to it. Also, the back door must be fixed to allow easier access for drive in vehicles.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had no issues getting everything set up and was able to get my items moved in without issue. Would highly recommend others utilize their services!
