I rented a small unit (#105) and found that interior left wall had been ripped open. The hole was large enough for a person to crawl through from the adjacent unit. Upon my discovery I attempted to locate onsite management, but none could be found and thus I was relegated to contacting the customer service number for assistance. I then had to go through the whole process of signing e-documents and the like. This could have been avoided with temp locks on unused/assigned units.

Very reasonable priced storage and very helpful rented over phone was fast and unit was clean

It is very interesting how this facility has changed over the years I worked construction on this main building in the 70s when it was built as a lumberyard and agin from 2000-2005 with my wife and daughter as managers of AGM storage
