The front office was so wonderful, patient as this was a first time for us and had questions. Requested to have the top bar secured and it was completed by the time we came back with a load. Nice, polite, friendly, and very refreshing to have actual customer service. Would definitely recommend

If you need a storage unit this is the place to go all paper work can be done online and they leave lock and key in the unit for when you get there

Anne was very friendly, informative, and helpful with explaining the policies and benefits of renting with Public Storage. She showed how the locks work, the size and placement of the shed I rented, what the insurance covers and she even recommended a moisture barrier for the floor. She showed me how to set up automatic payments and what the charges on my first installment were for and what they covered.

The manager was very nice and knowledgeable about everything. Explains everything and was helpful.

My only complaint is that the office cigarette odor. It was not a good impression in my opinion.

Never see workers there. Locks are hard to open. The garage doors are hard to lift up alone. Lots of space though, prices are decent.

Came in today and was helped by a young lady named Mariah. She was very knowledgeable about supplies I needed in order to pack my belongings for a move. She helped me figure out a cost effective way to get everything pack without going over budget.

Fantastic service! I came to look at packing supplies and Mariah Thompson was extremely helpful :) she knew EXACTLY what she was doing and where everything was. Highly recommend!

Miss Jessie was absolutely fantastic to work with. She helped us determine the right unit for our needs and budget. The grounds were clean & tidy. We will continue to use Public Storage for all our storage needs!

the associate who helped me was beyond helpful and friendly. she explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. after I moved my belongings to the unit, I even received a call to see how everything went and to make sure there were no other questions. customer service is superb. the unit itself was reasonably priced. I love all of the security perks and have great confidence that my things will be safe.

the people at work they're excellent very friendly and very helpful. the complex isn't very well lit at night it's very very dark. it would be nice to have 24 hour access to belongings. You can put more in Storage if it's easier to access it

I needed an affordable price and easy access to my storage space. This is affordable and with a gateway entrance with security cameras I feel like I made a good choice.

Only problem I had was she quoted me one price then got back to the office and the price changed.

The ladies at " my Public Storage" location, are the most pleasant and patient girls out there! Twice now, I haven't been able to find my units keys! I am terribly forgetting everything lately. I lost my husband of 40 years just before Christmas, it made a situation that I had to move into my brothers home, had to move most everything myself, and clean the rental house, I was and am exhausted. I had no idea my husband was ill and neither did he! But the ladies at P.S. are wonderful! They didn't give me any trouble about it at all, in fact they smiled and ordered me more keys and new lock. Even are going to keep one of my keys in the office in case it should happen again! All of my "key trouble"' and I had the unit less than even a month! Thanks Public Storage, for having such great and helpful people working for you!
