Public Storage - Topeka - 710 SE 8th Ave

Have only had unit less than a week so cannot give fair assessment at this time.

It's nice and clean I would most definitely tell other people that you guys are the ones to go with

Its a nice clean place and the customer service isvery good.

I paid online so this was easy to get it and I when I got my paperwork the lady was very friendly in courteous she even double checked on me to make sure everything was fine and I was satisfied with what I had & she managed to do this without being intrusive to my privacy as I moved in.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. She gave me some good tips in storage.

Vary clean and secure storage facility the manager lady was vary nice and professional . Vary impressed with the information she gave me about storing at that facility along with invirement conditions .

Office manager was very helpful.

I enjoyed talking with Jay. My first impression was that the place was neat and welcoming. The best part for me is how fast the process was. I had my 3 yr old daughter with me and i was worried about her acting out if this took too long, that wasn't the case. I had my walkthrough and keys in about 15 minutes or so.

Lindsey was great! There were a few small issues with the unit I rented, but she handled everything quickly and professionally.

We had a great experience when we first went in. Great people they were wonderful and helpful. Well it turns out we didn't even need the storage unit. I went to see If I could get anything back at all. She was horrid and rude. Even though we didn't use anything she wouldn't return it because it was "used". I would go back if it wasn't her. I spent over a 100 bucks on nothing.

Great staff, clean and secure! I have really enjoyed working with the staff so much so that I've got another storage unit and decided to stay on longer than I had originally planned.

I called from McDonalds looking for a place to store some extra stuff.She said she one hold the unit for a couple hours.I arrived within 15 minutes.Within another 15 minutes I had my storage and was on the road .Would highly recommend Public Storage to my friends and relatives.Sincerely;Charlie

Easy access. Great friendly people

I've been very pleased with the service & quality of my unit. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I wish the website would have mentioned some of the "hidden costs" like the $20 lock fee or required insurance instead of finding out when i got there. My 5X10' unit is very nice, no rusty metal or torn up walls, an elevated floor to prevent water leaking in, and walls go all the way to the ceiling. The unit is not quite 8' tall like advertised, just sort by an inch or so depending on where you measure. To me no big deal, to others it might be a concern. The night lighting is a little iffy as the light near my unit seems to be burnt out at the moment and some main lights weren't on, (maybe they're motion censored). The fencing around the lot is great and help make you feel secure. Overall i am very please with everything. The unit is perfect for what I need it for and I don't have any concerns about break-ins. Would rent from again.

Admin fee and must purchase locks are not the best way to go . Facility OK, but sneaky on the charges
