This facility advertises being 24/7, but that only means you can rent 24/7. The facility actually closes at 9:00, but it is listed as closing at 10:00 on the website.

Overall good. The automated systems are kinda of a pain.

When I reserved the space, I informed them I would be storing a car that need to be towed to the unit. I was assigned unit 122. There was no space between the units for the tow truck to fit. We had to take the car off of the tow truck and push it into the unit. We succeeded only because some people working at their unit helped us push. Also, I couldn't find anyone to let us in and the kiosk was not working. I have never been able to reach anyone at the 785 266 8199.
