Why was I told I had to purchases insurance? I have my own insurance that will cover my unit . after reading the info packet from my understanding and my having an outside the gate unit insurance would not even cover my belonings. And why am I forced to purchase a lock from your business!? I want to use my own Lock. You advertise $1 first months rent. Well paying $30.00 and up is not $1.

On site property manager Amy was great. She rolled out the red carpet for me in this transition and kept me informed about the moisture control and the benefits of it in our storage unit. No gimmicks just there to be an excellent help. Thanks Amy will tell all my family/friends to go with Public Storage.

Amy made everything about getting my unit super easy. A the way from walking my thru different sized units to decide which size, to helping me choose mattress protectors and recommending the capsules to combat moisture. She was very nice and professional and answered all of my questions and even helped me sign up for 2 friends to be allowed to check my unit while I will be gone for an extended time. Thank you Public Storage for making a stressful time much easier, will recommend you to anyone who needs storage for sure!?

The overall place is good just don't like the fact you want me to clean up after myself but there's isn't anywhere to get rid of the trash. The dumpster is padlocked. Kinda hard to clean up if nowhere to put trash...

Well, for a $1 first months rent on a 5x10 shed, I walked out $80 lighter...not to happy about that but it is what it is...given the chance I might have shopped around more.

Great help from the clerk! He was very accommodating considering I reserved too small of a unit. Was glad i pick somewhere with the security of the property by gates & cameras and surprised to see newer updated unit locks on the old units, most aren't up to date and that was a concern.

The knowledge and helpfulness of the staff made a quick and easy transaction. I think the storage unit is a little pricey but is in the same realm as their competition. The location we are at needs to rethink the gate and add more parking to the front entrance so we are not waiting in the middle of the Main Street to go into the gate. The keypads should be easy accessible while still in your vehicle without having to get out all the time. I do like the way the storage unit's locks are designed and secure.
