Everything fine as average storage units go, relatively clean and access fairly easy-good gate code for security. Manager friendly and knowledgeable only problem for us is they are not there on Wednesday when we got there and needed a special lock so we could not unload and it costs us an extra day of truck rental.

I found on Google. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easier to find because of Sign up High on a Pole. They need to Unlock the Dumpster So Customerﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s can Use. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the Only Negative I have Found.

Customer service great PRICE WAS GREAT and they even got me a 10x15 even cheaper but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get me info on the place or times not to b inside gate after or what would happen if u go in 5 minutes before it closed was stuck inside for 1 1/2 hrs in the cold and next morning waited and hr and half because my gate code expired and they could generate another one they tried over 5 different ones

Horrible customer service!!!! Started my unit in January when yﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢all had the promotion 1st month free and no maintenance fees!!! I was charged $33.58, the agent couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t figure out why and told me that she would show it to her manager and refund my money!!! Never happened!!! Called back in feb was told to just pay the difference since I never was refunded my money!!! Now itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s March, now I am being charged a late fee and locked out!!! Everytime I call I was hung up on, was told the property manager was going to call me! Never has!!!! Customer Service is Horrible!!!! Fix your mistakes!!!!

Easy to find when searching in Google. Good start up sales price. Pretty impressed. Except the first night I went I called twice and the manager gave me the same code both times for the entry gate and I was unable to get jn with those codes. Tried calling back while I was out sitting in front of the gate and nk answer. Literally drove all that way and packed my car full for NOTHING

Poorly managed. Was assigned a storage unit that had clothes and trash thrown inside the unit. It would have taken hours to clean out. Homeless living in open storage units. Entry gate was wide open no security. No manager was on the grounds to resolve the problem. Took two days and at-least three calls to corporate customer service to get someone from the site to call me back.

The employees are nice and helpful, but the computers were down and we had difficulty getting the contract set up. I still don't know if their system has my actual space number listed. The gate at the entrance to the facility doesn't close or lock. We had to change spaces, because the first one couldn't lock.

I was looking for a certain size at a budgeted price and found this one.. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happy to hear I would have to drive to a neighboring county to do paperwork but when I spoke to the main woman, she offered to come to my area,. She was very delightful to work with and very helpful.. she made sure I understood everything abt how it worked w the company.. the unit is close to my home so thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a plus too. Cleanliness was average.. I would recommend this company to a friend.

It was easy to sign up, but they were very rude and short with me when I called back to ask questions. I spoke to two different women, so I think it must be the atmosphere of the entire office. They were very reasonable questions nothing weird, like how do I pay my payments and is there an office on site, but both were very rude and condescending as if I should just already know the answer and as if I were bothering them.

We were there at 9 when they open, but the man wasn't there for 40 minutes to rent us the unit. We were pressed for time. If it wasnt so cheap we would've left. He apologized and said he had to go to the bank. The 5x10 unit we were assigned initially had a lock on it so we had to go back to the office and get a different unit. That unit, we discovered later, after a rain, gets pooled water outside of it because there is a drainpipe right next to it. We got soaked loadimg stuff into it. I am afraid it'll flood into the unit. But now we are back home with our WKU student and can't check on it. The office was closed or we would've moved to a dry unit.

The facility is only 4 miles from campus but feels farther. It is an older facility but is cheap and secure so for a summer college storage it is great.

Over all it was very nice storage units at an amazing price. As far as security, being a woman I wish there was an onsite office for the times that I had to go there alone. Cameras are great but are not going to prevent very much.
