Everything is good ? Speaking originally to whoever answers for the call line was difficult. (Not the manager of this location). He wasn't great at communicating or listening. The manager at this location was great ?

I was told that if I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t you use your lock someone could still steal my stuff but the place is locked with a security lock so for one how would they get up their and second I kind of felt like the guy I talked to was kind of rude about using my own lock.

Love that you pull indoors to unload or load your items. It was a great surprise that there were numerous flat carts for customers to use! Contact free registration and move in.

I did everything online and just had to check in at the desk, even the lock I paid for online was already inside the unit! Flat carts are available for free and you can unlock the gate and doors with an app. Great place to store your things.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Literally walked us through the whole process of getting into the storage unit and went all the way to the second floor with us to help us find our exact unit. Taught us how to use the lock and the keypads for getting in and out of the storage unit. The online process was so easy all in all I give this place 100 out if 10 very satisfied with the customer service and whole process of getting this storage unit price is very affordable as well so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d say I would recommend this to not just one friend but all my friends.

Elevator doors close too quickly and code is too long for elevator convenience. 2 different locks provided did not work, currently paying $20 with no lock!
