I had to clean my own unit the out side of it is messed up and has a split that bugs wasps can come in to nest fly around in the summertime not good and people pay on time mo they not good maintenance there period

Lady at the front desk was very nice

the unit we received is dirty! there was broken glass on the floor, looks to be water damage on the wall and the light is missing the string needed to turn it on.

10/10 would recommend. Brand new good location. Plenty of space to pull in a truck and unload

The call answer service was helpful and called around to help me find a unit that fit our storage needs. He was so patient and bright - a nice breath of fresh air after moving out of a stressful situation! When we arrived at the storage unit office, Deidra was so personable and guided us to where we needed to go and thoroughly explained everything. We felt that she not only was professional at her job but also that she cared for our case personally. It was just so lovely and made the moving steps that much less stressful. What a blessing! We would definitely recommend these services!

This is hands down the best customer service I have received from ANY place in Radcliff. The unit was very clean and much better than the price may suggest. Speaking of the price, wow $60 for a 10x10 is the BEST price I saw in this area. I've already recommended them to find of friends just in case they ever need a storage place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I called after making my reservation for confirmation and to check total cost. The young lady on the phone was very nice and helpful with all my questions. I arrived later on and the same young lady who answered the phone was there. Again she was very friendly and helpful. Everything she told me over the phone about the cost was exactly what I paid. No hidden costs. The place is clean and has 24 he access. Which was very helpful when doing late night packing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A little tricky to find the driveway but great friendly people
