I have a unit and I needed another one. I called about 4 times and the girls that answer the phone were so patient and answered all my questions. It nice to find good customer service.

Customer service as well as the onsite team were very professional and helpful. My questions were answered and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. I wasn’t able to go there during the normal business hours and everything was completed over the phone.

The facility is very clean and the sales associates are friendly and helpful. I had a moving company move my belongings in, and when I was ready to leave I discovered the door to the unit wasn’t closing. The girl at the front desk got right on it, tried to fix the problem and when she wasn’t able to, contacted the manager, who had it fixed in a little over an hour. My only complaint is that during this weekend, the carts that are normally available during the week weren’t available— at least I couldn’t find any. Maybe they’re only in use when staff are in the office.
