I'm glad I chose Storage Pal because they are very, very helpful with getting you into a unit in a timely manner. I'm a busy man, and between working 2nd shift, packing up and trying to get things moved into a storage by myself I needed a 24hr access storage because I clock-out late. The online reservation form was a breeze!I signed up for two climate control units and figured I would stop by the storage to check them out before work. When I get there I didn't have access to the inside it was locked, which was a plus... But I had to call the main local office to get inside. One of the owners picked up, and told me she'll be right down with a key, and that's exactly what she did. Stopped everything she was doing to bring me an access key! Very sweet and nice lady.
