This is my first time using a rental unit and one of the units looked like someone had attempted to wash dirt or mud out of it and I asked the lady at the office and she said that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s where someone had been working behind it. If that is the case will my things be damaged. The other unit was clean and the facility seems fairly secure. Anyone can come and go in daytime but you have to have password to get in after hours. How could dirt or mud Leak into the unit

Nice facility but not 24 hour access or gated as advertised. The 24 hour access is only available until they get the gate installed then you can only get in up to 10:00 pm. I was also informed that when the gate goes up, "so will the price". Not really happy that it didn't turn out to be what was advertised because I did research other facilities. So to sum it all up: Nice people, clean facility but disappointed that the 24 hour access and gated part were not as advertised. Can't say I would recommend a friend. It's only been one day. Ask me again in a couple of months.

We chose this storage facility because of location, but I'm glad it's the one we went with. Linda was very friendly and efficient and, though the unit needed some cleaning out, it was done quickly and ready when we needed it. I'm a satisfied customer and am happy we will be storing our stuff there for the next few months.

I just rented a small unit 5x12, it wasnt filthy but wasn't swept out. It would not take 5 mins to do but I didnt have a broom with me. I am also concerned about security, not fenced in, but was told that is planned hopefully soon. Worried it may be broken into.
