I was so grateful that you guys offered first month free.. Me and my family are homeless and we needed to get stuff out of our van in order to be somewhat more comfortable.. I believe that Sharon was the one that helped me in Georgetown Kentucky.. She was so nice and was able to give me a great price for the little bit of money that we had.. We were able to reserve our unit two weeks in advance which was really helpful and we completed the paperwork when we arrived. The lady was very nice and helpful. The unit was clean and we were able to drive up. The only thing I would have like to have known first was that the unit was on a hill. Some of the units are on a hill that "steps up" for each unit. Not necessarily a bad thing but I would have liked to have known ahead of time.

From reserving unit, to completing paperwork and paying, I have had nothing but excellent service. Security gates are easy to use with personal code, on-site lighting more than adequate, and hours of access more than sufficient. Would definitely recommend!
