Lighthouse Storage - Henderson

I made a reservation for a 5x10 unit, but it was not available when I went to check in. I had to take a 10x10 unit, at a higher price. When we got to the facility, it had never been cleared from the recent snow fall, making it very inconvenient. My movers were able to get in, however I still am not able to get in facility because of the lot not being cleared

2nd unit I am currently renting. Staff very efficient, super nice,and helpful. No hard to understand customer service rep and you can do everything online and it takes just a few minutes! Prices fair and units clean.

This is the 3rd unit ive rented with this company. I wouldnt rent anywhere else. Fast, friendly, easy app, secure clean units at a decent price, hands down the best storage facility if you want your belongings secured and kept safe and so easy to go through the rental process. Our unit was pretty dusty and had leaves and debris in it. I notice it is not secure from the unit next to it. There is an opening at the top that is pretty wide, so I wouldn't want to store anything valuable or that I was concerned with staying clean. It will be ok for boxes and things I cover well. There is no one on site to explain anything or check on units and that is a real issue for safety and overall caretaking. You may have cameras, but it felt pretty creepy to me.

I can't think of a better place in Henderson County Ky to store my personal belongings then LightHouse.

I am impressed with my climate controlled storage unit. The space gives me easy access indoors. The cleanliness is outstanding. Also, I feel safe with security.

Every representative was polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice storage facility, and easy process to reserve a building. My only complaint, thus far, would be that they need more room for vehicles to enter and leave the facility, and a couple more parking spots.

Rental was quick and easy. Very nice units. Only thing I would like to see is an entrance from the other end of the property.

The driveway is too steep to pull in with a trailer. Got stuck for about 2 hours before we could get the truck free.

I need a unit fast. It was easy online paperwork. It's clean and gated.

I moved to Henderson in March. I have a unit at another facility. I need to move stuff closer so I contacted Lighthouse Storage, at the time theye did not have any units in the size I need. They took my name down and put me on a wait list. I thought to myself that I would never hear from them. They called me back. Long story short I have a unit with them. Recommend this facility.

Spacious, clean and very nice. Price is reasonable! The customer service was excellent a well!

The only complaint I have is the driveway inside the gate. It's not even and hard to drive on.

Getting a locker here couldn't be easier. They have a well secured gate and plenty of cameras for added security. The whole facility seems to be really clean and to me this place just seems to be one of Henderson's best.

Love the layout of the units. Plenty of room to operate. Downhill entrance on the snow and ice made me nervous with the gate so close upon entering. Made it bad coming out. Maintenance helped us out though! Otherwise... love the place.

I loved that the CSR was so nice and helpful with everything I would give 20 stars if I could I have one problem its on a incline and its kind of rough getting in and out when others are doing the same other than that I will and would recommend Light house hands down
