Prime Storage - Lexington - Angliana Ave

It is a good place and I feel secure with my possessions there. It’s clean and the climate control is a bonus; however, I have been there for a year & the price on my units have increased three times for one unit and two times for another. It’s ridiculous. I don’t remember being offered a contract (and I know that’s a perk for some) but I would encourage anyone to ask about signing one to keep your original price. I would recommend them if a contract is available or a cost guarantee was available.

I think it's so weird that the top doesn't connect with the bottom floor they need to fix that because if you are not familiar with the facility like I was then I would have not left my car upstairs and be stuck downstairs until someone will show up to let me out because there is no door for customer to walk out once your downstairs so I was stuck for about an hour which was horrible

I recently got a 10 / 15 storage unit. I've been there for close to a year. It's just for the simple fact of the great employees at the angliana Avenue prom storage in Lexington, Kentucky. They are very helpful. And we'll explain everything written in smile detail. And provide information on current promotions. With that being said, I just recently got a parking spot for my vehicle. On another great deal recommended by a staff member i plan on being with prime storage 4. The whole time I need storage unit. I would go nowhere else. There's no other storages that compares to prime storage angliana avenue lexington kentucky

I was treated very badly on the day of moving in and again when I visited to take some items, I felt so bad I moved out after only a week. The two boys were so rude and disrespectful. They behaved as if I was the first African American they ever meant. They were so ignorant. Black people beware. I waited for more than 30 minutes before one the boys came to unlock my space, I was humiliated. Very unfair for anyone to treat senior citizen like that. The gentleman that referred me to the facility was very nice to me May God bless him( he was the first I talked to on the phone about storage.).

My unit was broken into and with all the cameras and security they didn't know who it was, ha what a joke they took everything I had and I got a little pissy ass insurance check, that didn't cover the irreplaceable stuff like my grandma's ashes they spilt everywhere or her jewlery I can never get back! Then they tried to charge me a clean up fee because of the mess the thief's left! What a joke!
