Fantastic customer service! I was able to conveniently reserve my unit online and upon my move in date received my gate code and description of my units location via phone call. All in all, it was a seamless move-in process. Everything was exactly what they said it would be. The security is impressive, not to mention comforting. From beginning to end the process was simple and to the point. Customer service was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Docu sign for the Lease agreement and a simply email with my charges to confirm the unit was a HUGE help. Great facility.

I rented a unit size that was never shown to me. I wasn't told that they were closed in the office on Wednesdays. I was there with a uhaul truck full of my furniture, totes and boxes. It was too small so I moved into the only door that was open and fit. Now the price is almost double.
