I paid for the unit online. I won’t be staying long when I open it up. There is mouse poop all over the unit floor

It has a mice problem & it has different storge areas with nasty stuff sticking out of there & itz a couple that lives in 1 of them

As I got to the place, I couldn't find 68-68 si U called and talked with 3 people the first two talked to me but got cut off , I waited for awhile but they didn't call me back to help me? That's not Professional! Then I called the third One, he stayed on the line with me I had explained that there wasn't a door lock on 69 it had been pull off are how ever ! So he put me at another ont 274 got there it was dirty with bottles papers etc. He heard me kicking them out, so we got that one locked in!

There was a problem with the unit 228 a 10x10 I started with the lock on the door was broken but after a few phone calls with KO it was made right the next day with a different unit of the same size

The only reason I rented from ok is because it said I'd have 24 hour access. Well that was a lie. I do not have 24 hour access and I don't have the money to move my storage now

Facility is horrible, did not like the fact that there's no office . It would have been nice to know up front that I needed to provide my own lock.

Nice clean storage space, first time getting through the game may be hard but other than that this unit is great

Renting my unit on line was awesome! The website is laid out perfectly and is so easy to navigate through. Not only are the folks in the on site office friendly and helpful, the operators at the call center are as well. I had told everyone that I know that they should rent from here when looking for a storage facility because they're fast friendly and have the absolute Rock Bottom best prices in town! Plus you can access your storage later than 6:00 which is wonderful! Thank you very much for being user friendly and kind.
