I have had rats, not one or two, I am talking 5-10 scurrying around when the door is open. I purchased this unit back in April for a decent price and it was close to the place I was moving out of. The very first day, We opened the door after our first trip was stored and there were three rats in my storage unit, one in a box of yard stuff one on my mower and the other one was running into the unit next to mine. This is broad daylight, 10 or 11 in the morning.

The condition of this facilty is below average. The grounds have debris everywhere. Needs to be cleaned up. No onsite management. Pricing is good, customer is good.
