Listen, this is my first day renting space here and all seems well thus far but this Review is specifically for the customer CARE that I received in storing my trailer. When I shown the parking spot, I did not think that I would be able to park my trailer, in fact, I was about a few seconds from canceling the reservation and asking for a refund....but Tee encouraged me that I would be able to do it and that she knew for sure that it could be done. Listen, when I tell you she guided me through this whole process of maneuvering my trailer into this space, that had a vehicle right next to it, she did it and did it well. She was very patient, encouraging and on point as she guided me into the spot. I would not have been able to do it without her assistance! So thank you, Tee!!! I know you said this wasn't your normal location, but God knew I was going to need a lil guidance today. God Bless you!!

Well as I was fixing to choose this place to store all my worldly good's, I decided I had better read the reviews. Glad I did. Not only were the reviews a HUGE factor in changing my mind but so was the fact that this place not once even tried to respond to anyone. Which to me says "we don't care" so I'll take my $500 a month business elsewhere.

The manager Chrissy was so friendly and professional. She made moving in to a smaller unit from my original unit so easy. She helped me every step of the way. If I could give her as a person 5 stars I would. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had a great experience with prime storage in general but the people make the experience 10x better. Moving is stressful enough.. shoot LIFE is stressful enough especially in this day and age there is so much stuff to stress about go to prime storage save some stress they are gonna help you out.

This place has no security cameras to deter theft and protect your valuables. My mother's inside unit was broken into and they were extremely unhelpful when the security officer found it. And if someone has the code to get inside, they can burglarize worry free since there is no security footage.

Management is horrendous. I thought the lady was nice at the desk until i told her that there was fecal matter on the ground in the bathroom. Solution, put an "out of order" sign on the door and call it a day. 2 weeks later i walked past the bathroom and smelled stale feces, i poked my head in ... Still feces on the floor. Disgusting. The rest of the facility has been cleaned probably as often. When it was "Jtown self storage", 2 thumbs up, but NOW that Prime took over, 2 thumbs in my disposable gloves pointed towards the ground. Terrible facility that sounds good on paper.
