hopefully there dealing won't be as bad as mine I moved in 368 2 nights ago open door there were boxes amd chairs still there no lock was left it a internal lock so couldn't buy on has to he provided .. so my storage unit has been unlocked leaving my belongings to be taken by anybody looked around today and there's no cameras for if somebody tried to get in it to see who did it been trying to call the manager since Saturday nothing emailed called customer service let them know they told me they was not in the state they could not help me they'd have somebody call me Monday.. I had no choice but move my stuff to storage so have been a nervous wreck I'm going to show up and all my things will be gone .. I feel at least they answer back to an email somebody showing up and giving me a lock I do not understand why my lock was not left in the unit it said my unit was ready to move in done since all of my paperwork in my insurance everything was paid all the way up ready to move in no lock .. I was at prime storage Taylorsville road with my fiance Robert Elder III The manager was Ben for over a year no problems whatsoever customer service great cleanliness good Loved it out there just had to move closer to home.. chose prime again hoping that it would be the same experience I had before and it's a nightmare...

Overall an excellent facility, sadly I mis-measured the item I wanted to park in the storage unit. I will be requesting to end the agreement with the local manager tomorrow. This facility will be my first and only stop whenever I need storage space in the future. Keep up the professional managed look and feel to your park on Jefferson Boulevard. TW.

TIA! Thank You! I couldn't have ask for better service than I got today! It's been a really rough week for me and I wasn't sure what I was gonna do when I got there. The staff is extremely helpful and go out of there way to help customers. Storage Units are clean and property is well maintained. I've shopped around for weeks and there units were on average 1/3rd the price of all others.THANK YOU
