As a tenant I have had the Prime Group management not respond to requests for months with multiple requests that were urgent. It has cost me money and a lot of wasted time. I continue to get unexplained bills with late charges on bills that have been paid. I'm very disappointed in this group.

Rick is an excellent manager and good at customer service. My only cpmplaint is that the lights should be on all of the time during the day on weekends. It is inconvenient to have to walk down the hall every 15 minutes to activate lights.

My rent has gone up 3 times. Had several items stolen. Stays cold in the winter as they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t turn up the heat

My last climate controlled unit at another facility was in a rough neighborhood and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel comfortable loading or unloading my vehicle due to the only access door being directly on the street. Primeﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s facility is not only gated, but you can drive your vehicle directly into the facility and unload safely, securely, and away from the elements. My unit is on the second floor, which I was initially concerned about, but the available hand carts, the freight elevator, and the ability to drive right in beside the elevator to unload made it a piece of cake to move in. The manager is friendly, attentive, and helpful and the facility is clean, well lit, and modern. My last unit was adequate, but I am absolutely thrilled with Prime and highly recommend them!
