Customer service was excellent very helpful lady, the unit itself has a lot to desire the walls are crumbling not sure how much longer they will hold up, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m just hoping no rain gets in will be checking today

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with the manager Andrew was surprisingly good. He was very responsive, told me exactly what he would do to resolve my problem and then delivered on his promises. Follow up was excellent as well. I manage 26 employees and can attest to how hard it is to find people who exemplify outstanding customers service. I hope Andrew is recognized for his service. He represents the Company well and gives it a great reputation. Word of mouth is a very powerful marketing tool.

Very seamless renting process that was as affordable as it was easy. After complete off my online paperwork all I had to do was show up to my unit and it was ready to go for me! Very happy with my experience!

The manager made it her business to make my experience super, there was a little issue in the beginning that had nothing to do with her but she easily resolved it and got me outta there with a great deal!! Thank Ms Lady for all your help! June ??

Easy to move in and unit was clean despite broken light bulb. Not sure if they plan to fix it, but only complaint.

Great customer service!! Shana waited after closing to get me settled in as I was driving from Virginia to Kentucky for PCS. Facility is clean and secure and seconds away from the highway. I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I recently moved to the area, and Jenna was nothing short of amazing in helping us get our stuff moved into storage. Not only did she get us checked in quickly (and in the rain), but she was also quick to accommodate us when we ran into a bit of a snag with the size of our first unit. We were able to get in, unload our things, and complete our rental agreement quickly and efficiently thanks to Jenna's professionalism and expertise. She definitely made our move-in as easy as possible.

Chianne is really wonderful and very professional. She answered all my questions and was very upfront about what to expect when renting a storage unit; she even granted me temporary 24-hour access free as I had a late start to my moving day. The units are clean, have no odors, well lit and the doors feel very secure. The gate even digitally welcomes you with your name, which I thought was a cool little touch. While I didn't speak to the other property manager I saw her walking the grounds and sweeping/cleaning the inside storage units when it was slow, so that really helped raise my confidence. I researched a lot of storage rentals and I am really glad I settled on them. The price (heads up, there IS a one-time admin fee of $30ish, but they also prorate your rent for the month so that's cool) is fair, they offer good insurance, and it is in a central location.
