Sales rep, Brandi, was very attentive. She asked how big of a space was I thinking about, just to make sure she had something available. She was very friendly and helpful. She explained how the $1 rent was calculated.

Easy to set up! Filled out info online in advance and walked in and paid and got the key to the gate. Only negative, if you could call it that, is that they called me like 7 times in advance to make sure I was coming.

Brandie was fantastic throughout the entire process, before, during and ensured everything was good prior to us leaving. She was personable and has the right attitude and spirit.

The Jeffersontown Location was great and your manager was very kind and knowledgable. Everything went very smooth and the space was more than adequate,

Our experience was awesome! The manager was well informed and knowledgeable about the unit/business/process. She was extremely professional and very courteous. She took the time to take me on a tour of the facility and the process of how to enter and exit, and use the lock and codes, as well as explained the agreement information. The entire area was very orderly and neat. Overall, the unit was clean, very spacious, and we got a great price for booking it during the time we did!

My family rented 3 units at Public Storage on Hopewell Road for 3 months since we had yet to buy a house in Louisville on our move from Tennessee. Lee and the other staff at PS were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially as we didn't know how much space we needed. They held additional units for us, until our move was almost complete and were always available for questions. The facilities were clean, modern, with many climate controlled units. Would highly recommend for out-of-towners or anyone looking for storage of furniture/personal effects.
