Not much to say it's a rip off like any other storage units around charge an arm and leg for a space they don't have to do anything with other than sweeping out when moved out not like they watch over units 24/7 plus thought it was 24/7 access and wasn't. And Bill is already due hasn't been a month since we started moving in

I left another public storage facility due to personnel taking 3 months to replace a light bulb and never replacing the switch to effectively turn the light bulb on in the unit. I called other storage facilities within the area and initially spoke with Rob who answered my questions thoroughly and professional. A very pleasant change in customer service. I rented the unit and stopped by today to pay. Rob was there and just like on the phone very customer friendly and helpful. My appreciation to Rob for his excellent work ethic and customer service! Thanks Rob!!

Ok experience. I do not agree with the "MANDATORY" insurance, however, it is what is is.. Manager on duty was very polite and easy to deal with.. I didn't have a lock with me, Public Storage put one of theirs on unit until next morning,i appreciated that..Storage unit was clean,easy access ..
