The lady who attended me was extremely friendly and upbeat. She answered every single question i had completely and fully, and even asked me at the end of all of it, if i had anymore. I'm very inquisitive when it comes to where my money is going, so she was extremely patient :) & the price was great. The only thing i have to say that i believe they could do different, is not to add extra charges there at the end. like BAM!! lol ... but seriously she was great.

I rented space entirely online. Everything was simple and easy. On the day I was supposed to move in the office worker left early not feeling good and another person called me to ask if I would need help with anything and informed me of what was going on. They go Above and beyond for their customers!

Public Storage has always been their when we have needed to store small, large or even a home full of furniture, boxes or whatever items we have had. The security and safety measures are wonderful. The only complaint I might have is for the key pad to enter in and go out of the gate are on the drivers side of the vehicle. This is so that for everyones safety and security intering or leaving you never have to get out of your vehicle. Exspecially those who have a hadicap or an EPO. Also a press button for emergencies. I will always use Public Storage for a complete overall experience.
