Public Storage - Louisville - 6714 Preston Hwy

Just what I needed! Very helpful on site manager!!

Satisfied, in general, with the overall experience. I have only two minor complaints (if any). #1 It could use an aesthetic update. #2 The live-in property manager be more accessible.

I absolutely understand that there is a pandemic going on, that being said, if you post that you have office hours from noon to five on a Sunday then you should actually BE in the office. I waited around thinking maybe the staff was on the grounds or took a quick break. I had to call the customer service number to get assistance.

I was very happy with all aspects of my rental experience except for what I feel is a high price for a low dollar ammount of coverage for the insurance policy.

1day late on my payment so Vannett on Preston Hw once again lowered my late fee for me

The property manager was very informative the only thing I see wrong the unit that I rented had a couple of cracks in the concrete floor and the liight didn't work but I didn't even think about that until afterwards so I am quite sure if I mention it Terri will take care of it and then again I didn't see a off and on switch so it maybe something as simple as turning it on.

Terri is diligent and knowledge about her job while making those she's working with feel comfortable, not like it's a suit and tie transaction. She's friendly and good for the company image and name. She is what will make me continue to seek out Public Storage as the place to keep my things.

I had a storage here for 4 years and they raised my rent every year. Storage Express is almost half for the same unit

I have 2 experiences. 1 is a 'zero'. The first location, 4324 Poplar Level Road 40213, was not helpful at all. I arrived at the location and there was NO ONE there to assist even though I had an appointment. After 30 minutes of making phones calls, circling the grounds, I gave up on the location, and with the assistance of customer service was set-up at location '6714 Preston Hwy 40219', where the service and assistance was excellent. Bob was extremely helpful and informative. I would recommend his location to others but NOT the 4324 Poplar location.

Facility was very clean. The guy that helped with my unit was very informative and helpful.

The Blue Lick location was a perfect spot for me and close to where I live and they were super clean and had a very nice staff waiting to help me with my needs.

We had to store alot of our belongings vertical quickly when the sale of the house we were buying didn't go through and the movers were arriving in town. Public Storage was able to accommodate us and even was running a deal og your first month for $1. Unit was clean. Staff was helpful.

The employee here is wonderful. She made sure my stuff was secure and that she reassured me that I wouldn't have any issues. The prices are cheaper than what I found around town.

Very quick and efficient. Knowledgable. Willing to answer any questions.

It has been a blessing. We have so much that keeping them there has really helped us

I pass this storage facility frequently. All I can say is the curb appeal needs attention. The shrubs are always overgrown and unappealing. A lawn crew would do wonders for the look of this location.

Renee is very helpful nice and knowledgeable. Nice and clean units and place she has there,glad I stopped in! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Easy to setup reservation for any size storage online and simply stop by and it's waiting for you. The manager/supervisor Renee (I believe was her name) even called me to introduce herself and meet me when I came in to sign paperwork. Storage Center is nice enough and easy to drive around in with plenty of unloading/loading room. Rates are one of the cheaper ones I found online so all in all very pleased with it all. You can even pay your bill online, very convenient!

I've only been with u 2 months and yet I have been over charged late charged convenience fee charge and locked out - now I've learned my lock has been cut which means possibly robbed - not happy!

Everyone that has been working when I go into the office has been extremely nice and helpful.

I have no complaints with Public Storage. I have used their services before & would recommend them to my friends. I love their promotions & love their ability to find what I was looking for.

The Public Storage representative at the location which I am currently using was kind, courteous, conscience, and well informed me about the entire process of renting a unit. I would recommend using this Public Storage because of this representative. What I did not care for was the mandated rental insurance, since I already carry insurance on storage through my home rental policy.

The sales rep was super. She helped us find the best deal dor our need.

Getting a storage unit was easy and the front desk person was fabulous! They send you an email with the total fur for each month and a confirmation when the bill is paid. My stuff was well protected and I never had to worry about anything since it is gated and you must have a code to get into the gate. If I ever need a storage unit again I know where I will be going! Thanks Public Storage!!!
