Easy online process that made it so I was able to just go to my unit and unload. Everything was clear in the instructions and directions, I've never rented a storage space before so it was nice for it to be as easy as it was.

Me and my wife came to this location and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really know much about storage units and Ms. Nzinga was so nice and helpful. She explained the difference in sizeﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s and the price differences and explain there insurance Policy this is what I call 5 star service all around the bored.

I chose public storage for the great pricing and location. YET! There are some hiccups that need to be fixed! When telephoning any of the locations you receive a recording system and routed to the location you need, NO One ever answers.When you need to discuss anything with someone NO One ever answers, you literally have to drive to the location to speak to someone which is an inconvenience for sure. I finally got a hold of someone through the 800# and was told they don't answer the phones on site. When someone needs to get a hold of me they call from the location, so i don't understand why there is a customer service representative sitting at a location and not answering the telephone. When my rent was raised I was told over head, maintenance repairs, etc. So basically I am paying for someone to sit in a location for 8 hours a day and hope someone stops by to rent a unit. Raising the rent in the midst of winter was not a right thing to do especially when you had a long standing paying customer. When I asked about a long term agreement that was not an option. I just think the customer should come first and take care of the paying, dependable, reliable customers.

Tried to upgrade to larger unit. Was billed twice at 25.00 for unit 201 and 945 with no type of refund. Enable to get the better rate I applied online for both units as a regular upgrade seemed to mess up the storage computer system but lost out on a refund for my previous 201 space. Would like some sort of refund if possible. Thank you.

Very secure location! Not a big fan of a daycare being right next door though. Makes me nervous with all the moving trucks that come in and out. Property is always well maintained and managers are always friendly
