The only issue i had was the unit I rented was a 5x10. Its true measurements was 4x10. But I made it work!

I was told I had to pay $29 for the rest of this month then I would get a month free and I had to pay $127 for the next month. After winning the storage unit I was told my next bill would be November 1st that is not a month free! They should hold up to their word that's not a month free! I will be moving my stuff because I was lied to you

Had a reservation for sat at 9am and showed up to Mt Sterling and noone was there after they called to check I be there. Came to town just for this so super disappointed. They did not answer phone calls either.
