I needed a storage unit affordable and reasonable and not cost a outrageous price

The lady I spoke with was really nice and she was helpful to me. Loved how they have cameras also. Pricing was really good compared to the same size but way different prices.

Like the area it's at but it's a little too small between the buildings but otherwise everything is Fantastic. Thank you for your service.

So far, everything has been great, except for the fact we paid for a climate controlled unit & didn't get put in one.. kind of a bummer on that part.

I enjoyed dealing with the employee and received a very cost-effective space. I only docked one-half star in that it's a bit tucked away in the suburbs so parking, etc. isn't intuitive the first time you visit.

On the day I checked in the lady behind the desk was very very helpful it could be a little brighter pricing is not bad for somebody on a budget like I am other than that it's I'm recommended to all my friends I already have

Customer service was great, the woman working the front desk was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. That being said, if you have a large Uhaul (26ft) it is SO tight, we were barely able to get in and out of the facility. We also were told that the unit was $65/month and the first month was 1/2 off (through sparefoot) but it was actually $120/month and the first month was $65....at this point we already had the truck there so I went ahead and signed. Otherwise I would've shopped around a bit more.

It was simple and easy to reserve online. The manager called me twice before my reservation date to let me know there was only 1 unit still available and let me know that the owner sometimes allows others to first come first serve over those that reserved online, so I needed to come in as soon as possible and sign paperwork and pay to keep the reservation. It was not a problem to come in and lock it in. They do require the disc type padlocks and do sell them for $15.

I have had a big issue with getting into the gate. The keypad hardly works. I input the correct code. I push the numbers how he said (hard and slow) I tried fast, I tried just doing it normal. I make sure to do star then code followed by #. Gate still did not open. I've had to have someone that was already there open the gate from the inside for me. Maybe I am just doing it wrong but they even said.that they have the same problem when they enter their code. Outside of this its a great price and great storage facility.

I made online reservations for two units. When I arrived at the facility the man said they do not have sales right now, that the online prices were not right. He still wanted to rent a unit to me, but he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to even hear about any online prices. He said he only had a few empty units left, so he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have any sales. Of course I went elsewhere. If they treat new customers this way, how will they be after a few months? Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t advertise rates if you arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t going to rent for those rates. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not a legal way to handle your business.

It is not a franchise place so they do a lot of things themselves. The only complaint I had is that I reserved a unit but when I got there it was unavailable and I had to rent a more expensive one. Otherwise, good service, clean space - I will use again.

Good location but very tight squeeze to get truck into

Easy to find . Exceptional quality and very much so clean. I would expect to pay a higher monthly payment for what I am receiving for this type of storage unit. Also in a very clean and nice neighborhood. We could not have got ANYTHING better anywhere else especially for the price! GREAT MANAGEMENT ABC STORAGE! Would refer anyone needing your service.

Mr. Yang is rude, half time gate does not work, he won't answer phone. During recent ice and snow storm no access for days he's to cheap to clean up snow. But he wants his money on time

Price for the unit is the best I could find anywhere around Lexington, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth the 30 minute drive for me. Customer service was great and the place is clean and well lit. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little tough to navigate my larger car around the buildings and was kinda scary in the moving truck.

There was some computer issues at the facility when I arrived to go and pay. Manager was easy to work with, but required extra time later on in week to get everything situated. Easy to locate, appears in a safe neighborhood, overall easy process.

I originally decided to rent here because it was cheaper than Lexington. Well you get what you pay for! When renting a storage facility for less than three months, you normally donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect there to be WATER in a unit in any way. I returned yesterday to the unit after being away and water had been pooling in my unit for god knowﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s how long. Majority of my furniture was molded and ruined. Do NOT rent from here, the management could care less about anything that goes on here. I even changed units due to their being resting water in the first unit I was signed to have, and there still ended up being water six units away from the original. Whether I have insurance or not, it is ridiculous to have things damaged like this.

The gentleman I talked with was very nice and helpful. He told me exactly where to find my unit and even how to get to. The unit was very clean when I moved into it. The price of the unit was not very expensive either and you definitely get what you are paying for.

The Sparefoot phone customers service was excellent. It took him all of 5 minutes to find the best unit for me that was close and reasonably priced. As for ABC Storage the office manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The unit I am renting is the perfect size and price for my college binds. If I ever need another storage unit I will definitely look at ABC Storage first.

The facility was very clean. Customer service was excellent.

I was able to reserve a storage unit for the same day I needed it. These are unlocked units; make sure to bring your own padlock! There is a refundable $15 deposit and if you don't bring a padlock, you can purchase one at the storage facility office for $15. The owner/manager was very accommodating and was careful to go over everything I needed to know. It's easy to get in and out of the facility with the keypad and the units are fairly new. I treated the unit with professional pesticide before moving my items in and will probably treat my stored items when they come home again. I noticed a few spiders and one (dying) cockroach on the floor. This is my first time using a storage facility and I don't know if other people's bugs come with the territory, so I'm proceeding with extreme caution. Also, be forewarned that there are no lights inside the units if you come at night; however, the property is well lit in the evening. Also worth noting is that the facility is in a nice residential area that feels secure and safe. I will update my review or post a new review if I have any negative experiences going forward.

Easy to rent, very little "red tape." Manager was polite, cheerful and helpful. The only security issue I could note is that I didn't finish putting in the code and the gate started opening . . . and there was no one on the other side of the gate to trigger it to open. Pricing very competitive.

The guy at the desk was a bit pushy and treated me as if I was a young child when trying sell me a lock saying that mine wasn't good enough. Also, when I was writing down info to get in gate and my storage unit number to put in my wallet he asked me why are you doing that the info is right there on that paper. Um well sir I'm not going to be carrying that large piece of paper on me at all times and I want to put it in my wallet. He actually seemed agitated by that. So I said, "Is that ok with you?" Maybe its just an asian thing I dunno. But it gets on my last nerve. Just pay the idiot the money and get your unit and get the hell out of the office. And don't buy that overpriced lock he tries to sell you.

The unit I was assigned was clean & had electric lights. The facility itself was very clean and neat. Staff was polite and helpful and fully explained the policies of the facility.

It was quick and easy. The only thing I thought could use some improvement was the pavement around all the storage units was scattered with debris, including broken pieces of furniture and sharp screws. It's a potential flat tire waiting to happen. Needs to be thoroughly swept all around the buildings.

The gentleman and his wife were very friendly. Checking in for the truck was a bit confusing due to the fact they had just ended an auction and others were wanting to pick up their items. The mileage on the truck was 9 miles more than the actually mileage, however he did make an adjustment once we brought it to his attention. They let us upgrade to a larger unit with no hassle. I would recommend their services.

The owner (part owner) was very rude and unprofessional. He tried to charge me an additional $30 for a service fee, despite the confirmation documentation. :(

Due to the fact that this storage company was the cheapest in my area, I did not expect the positive experience. I priced up to 3 companies and did not reserve any online. I went to this company first since their pricing was the lowest. When I asked them about the online pricing, they honored it on the spot. I did not expect that. Being in customer service I really appreciated the no hassle approach of this business.
