I think the unit should have been the same low price as out on hwy 144. I also don't think ppl should have to pay insurance if they have nothing worth insuring. And a $25 one time fee should be refundable when exiting your lease. I've rented from here before and didn't have any problems. Needed a unit so I got this one again since they're in the area that I need it. It was clean just think they could be swept out though. All in all I'd still rent from here again as needed.
